本地（香港澳門）訂單確認

  1. OUILOCEL.SHOP 接受香港及澳門地區訂單。
  2. 下單後一般在2天内收到確認電郵,如未收到 電郵請聯絡 ouilocel 客服 hello@ouilocel.shop /  whatsapp 查詢訂單最新情況。
  3. 訂單一般會在大約3 個工作日內處理,如果由於庫存或運輸問題而出現任何延遲，我們將會聯絡你通知狀況。 配送時間一般約為1-3個工作天。
  4.  *敬請留意：如你在星期五、星期六及星期日下單，一般會在星期一出貨。

香港地區送貨

  1. 在一般情况下，香港訂單購物凡滿HKD400, 免運費寄出；未滿HKD400訂單將收取HKD30運費並以順豐速遞寄至住宅/自取點/智能櫃/工商地址。免運費優惠期除外。

澳門地區送貨

澳門訂單購物滿HKD600, 免運費寄出；未滿HKD600訂單將收取HKD50運費
訂單並以順豐速遞寄至住宅/自取點/智能櫃/工商地址。免運費優惠期除外。

海外地區送貨 ( 順豐國際) / FEDEX

現時OUILOCEL內的珠寶和手袋提供有限度的海外貨運：包括日本、新加坡及美國

日本、台灣、新加坡凡購物滿$1200HKD 免郵 購物低於$1200HKD，需郵費

  • 台灣 $110HKD （4至5天）
  • 新加坡 $150HKD（4至5天）
  • 日本 $200 HKD ( 4至7天)
  • 免運費優惠期除外。

美國凡購物滿$1500HKD 免郵,購物低於$1500HKD，需郵費

Hong Kong

We offer Free shipping to any purchase at or above HKD 400 in Hong Kong, any purchase items below HKD 400, SF Express delivery fee of HKD30 will be charged. 

Macau

We offer Free shipping to any purchase at or above HKD 600 in Macau, any purchase items below HKD 600, SF Express delivery fee of HKD50 will be charged. 

We ship from Hong Kong using SF Express services, and all our parcels have a tracking number.
In order to track your parcel, you can use the tracking number we provided you with your SF express tracking service.

Our delivery times from or within Hong Kong & Macau is usually 1-3 days. There may be delays when special occasions or circumstances occur. (such as Typhoon, Pandemic control etc)

Once you have placed your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 1-2 days. All the orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 days. If any occasions occur that would lead to a delay of delivery, our team will contact you via email. 

 

International Shipping

At the moment, we provide International Shipping by SF express for Bags/ Accessories to some parts of the world.

  1. We provide free shipping to Japan, Taiwan and Singapore for any purchase to or above $1200HKD, purchase under $1200HKD,shipping fee will be:
  2. For Taiwan $110 HKD, Singapore $150 HKD ( 4-5 Days),
  3. For Japan, $ 200 HKD ( 4-7 Days)
  • For USA, if purchase up to $1500 HKD, ($190 USD), free shipping. Any purchase below ($190USD), shipping fee $230 HKD ( $30USD) ( 3-7 DAYS)

Attention: For all the orders : if you place an order on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, your order will only be processed on the following Monday.
