Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 days. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service at hello@ouilocel.shop / whatsapp via our website. Your order will be processed within 3 working days, if there is an delay due to our stock and warehouse problems, we shall notify you at once. General delivery shall fulfill in 3 days. * Please kindly note that, if you place an order on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, your order will be processed on the coming Monday.
International Shipment
For purchase over 190 USD, free shipping is provided worldwide. Purchase below 190 USD, shipping will be charged according to your location. Time will be varied in different countries. The shipping rates and time will be shown at the checkout for your information.
